This 900 sq/ft addition was added to a home in downtown Winchester. A large master suite with full bath and walk in closet was added to the second level. The lower level is a large family room with plenty of natural lighting.
This entire home renovation was completed in the downtown historic district. KEE Construction won first place prize from the Top of Virginias Builders Association for work completed on this home in 2007. This home also received the Award of Merit from Preservation Historic Winchester. When construction started on this home it was boarded up and vacant for many years.
This one bedroom addition was added on to a garage in Frederick County. The 600 sq/ft addition was great for family and guests. With its own kitchen and full bath it really lends itself well for many uses.
