This commercial warehouse was partially demoed and six retail units were created for the owner. Approximately 10,000 sq/ft of building has been demoed. KEE Construction handled the entire renovation of this space. We rebuilt the front of the building and put all trade infrastructures in place. This job took three months from start to finish.
The front of this local bank had a failing entryway. KEE Construction demoed entire porch and rebuilt it back to its original look. New 14’ columns were installed to replace the rotten wood posts that existed.
This project was completed in downtown Winchester. KEE Construction handled the entire outside storefront renovation with custom millwork, staining and painting. Many miscellaneous items were completed inside to get the store open for operation.
